雾化在美国合法吗？

然而医用雾化（hospital and community nebulisers）是否合法，在官方文件中并没有找到明确的说明。我询问了在英国的律师和朋友，得到的结果也是不一致的。有的说需要政府特批，有的说只要医生开处方就可以。因为我国和英国的医疗体系不一样，因此这里也不好直接下结论。但根据我的经验，在医院里，医用雾化器的使用是没有问题的；而在社区和家庭中，使用医用雾化器应该是不被允许的。
